Therefore, we have put in place a straightforward and customer-friendly refund and returns policy.
Damaged Product During Shipment: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product due to mishandling during shipment, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. Before accepting the product from the courier company, please take a moment to verify that the package is properly sealed. To be eligible for an exchange, please follow these simple guidelines:
- The item must be unused and returned in the same pristine condition in which you received it.
- Ensure that the product is in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return process within 15 days from the date of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange: To begin the exchange process for a damaged product, kindly send us an email at contact@womenshawls.pk. In your email, provide us with the following details:
- Your purchase ID
- Your full name
- Your email address
Once you’ve contacted us, promptly send the damaged item to the following address for swift resolution: Cheena Market, Mingora, Landaykas.
Return Shipping Costs: Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
Additional Considerations:
- If you are returning a higher-value item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or considering the purchase of shipping insurance. This ensures the secure return of your item, providing you with peace of mind.
- In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the unavailability of the buyer, or any other reason attributed to the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the second-time delivery charges. Alternatively, if the buyer chooses not to receive the product, a 15% deduction will be applied to the total payment.
